Named for Cleveland’s chaotic 1974 ballpark promotion, this Double IPA is packed with Nelson Sauvin and Citra for a juicy wallop of orange, peach, gooseberry, grapefruit and lychee flavours finishing medium dry with a restrained hop bitterness.

Small can from LCBO. Pours a fairly big frothy off-white head that stays and leaves some thick dirty lacing around. Has a very hazy orangey appearance. Lively carbonation. Aromas of tropical fruit and citrus hops are most abundant but followed up with some wheaty, yeasty and grassy notes. Flavours are citrusy and fruity, mainly tropical (mango, pineapple), some pine and grassy notes, quite yeasty overall as well. Smooth and slick mouthfeel. Good stuff!

Pours a hazy golden-orange colour with a frothy, fluffy warm cap, good retention and lots of dirty, foamy lacing. Juicy base of citrus with big fresh cut grass aromas on top. The taste shows this same green grassiness with good bitterness, but a cleaner dry finish. The juiciness is always in the background, but nicely blended along. Hints of cilantro. Quite a nice juicy DIPA... that I would buy way more at 10 cents.
