    Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 9

Slightly hazy, bright golden colour with a big frothy-thick, warm whitish head that stays quite long and leaves soapy lacing spots. Beautiful, lively, tiny bubble carbonation found in Champagnes. Fresh floral aromas with honey notes, hints of camomile and lemon. Lightly oily mouthfeel which does not go to thick, and the finish is mildly drying. Perfumy, lemony, a little soapy flavours - which all work very well together. The alcohol is well-hidden with a touch of warming. Another interesting herbal beer from this brewery, and an Imperial Witbier on top of that ! Well worth it !!
