Cette bière rend hommage aux arômes puissants du houblon de la côte Ouest, cultivé a l’est de la chaîne de montagnes des Cascades. Nous ajoutons plusiers variétés de ce houblon à différentes étapes du brassage. Leurs arômes citronnés, accentués par le houblonnage à cru, viennent joteusement égayer la rondeur des malts utilisés.

Bomber from Marché Omni. Pours a hazy golden colour with a frothy white cap that lasts a long time, and gives out dirty lacing. Fresh aromas of hop with the pine and grapefruits, but lightly mixed with floral notes that balance things out. Medium-bodied with a nice dryness, but not overly. Well-balanced bitterness with the hop (grapefruit notes), but not like a hopbomb. Just right, before that. So, well-blended.
