Pours clear, bubbly cherry with a thick but effervescent tan head. Aroma has notes of toasted malt, brown sugar and caramel plus a snippet of horehound. Bold flavor overloads the tongue with brown sugar, caramel, toasted malt and horehound, a bit on the sweet side for a beer. Mouthfeel has firm, viscous body but not a lot of fizz. Finish is rather sweet, with caramel, molasses and earthy tones. Happy Anniversary, Lazy Magnolia - and may you celebrate many, many more.
