750 ml corked & caged bottle, from Seven Cellars. ABV is 10%. Slightly hazy deep golden to light amber colour, large white head. Aroma of oxidised old jam, Belgian ale yeast, white kandij sugar syrup and mild spices. Fizzy mouthfeel. The flavour has the same elements as the aroma, the alcohol is noticeable. Moderate hops in the finish.
