Belle noire opaque à la mousse généreuse et tenace. Des effluves subtiles de café s'évaporent doucement et viennent réveiller notre odorat. En bouche, nos papilles sont immédiatement stimulées par de riches saveurs crèmeuses de torréfaction qui disparaissent lentement, pour laisser, en finale, un léger goût de grains brûlés.

Bought this one when we played a show in Quebec City at l'Agitée. Poured a brown colour with a creamy beige head, good retention and small wavy lacing. Had not much scent to it, just a little grain, that's about it. Smooth silky mouthfeel, but no stickiness, just watery. The taste was a little on the burnt malt side, but really light, and had a mild coffee aftertaste. Overall, nothing really outstanding, but a light coffee stout that gets a few points for its taste.
