Bottled@GBBF2007. Hazy mediumsized big creamy beige head. Aroma is wheat, spices and some acidic fruits. Flavour is wheat, yeast, spices and some slight citrusfruity notes.

Bottle. Cloudy, dark orange colour with large white head. Aroma is fresh, wheaty, slight bananas, slight cloves. Taste is refreshing and immediately very drinkable. Very slightly citrusy, other fruit in there apple perhaps. A slightly sour aftertaste. Light bodied. Above average hefeweizen.
