La Distorsion est le pont culminant où la réalité se déforme, où la puissance des arômes et des saveurs du houblon envahissent la rondeur du malt. La Distorsion est brassée avec une quantité faramineuse de houblons exotiques, faisant vibrer en puissance les saveurs de fruits tropicaux doublés d’agrumes. Si la Distorsion a bouleversé le son du rock à tout jamais, la bière en fera de même et changera certainement votre conception d’une IPA.

Purchased in Montebello at a Chocolate store. Looks pretty unfiltered with loads of chunks of yeast floating around. Cloudy golden-amber colour. Beautiful creamy warm cap with great retention and thick foamy lace. Aromas of grapefruit hops over some sweet malts. Refreshing mouthfeel with well-balanced bitterness, wetness and mild dryness. Fruity taste with some grass. Quite a nice stronger IPA that does not seem like it, except for the full punch.
