One of our Seasonal Brews. Old-fashioned Bavarian wheat beer was often dark. IBC’s Dunkelweizen is true to the Bavarian style with a coppery color and thick, long lasting head. This creamy wheat beer features hints of banana, clove and spices balanced with kettle caramelized Crystal malt, Pale malt and malted wheat. This seasonal brew is great for the holidays: it pairs well with delicately flavored foods such as baked brie, Gruyere cheese, and smoked salmon.
