Pours clear topaz with a nice vellum head. Aroma features fruity and tart notes with a coconut hint. Flavor yields tart, sour, and slightly sweet stone, citrus and tropical fruit - I get notes of peach, pineapple, orange and grapefruit - plus a little coconut. Texture presents decent body and fair fizz. After this tart you'll feel no pain.
