A dessert beer to the core, our Raspberry Stout is truly a feat in decadence. Loads of Chocolate malt, cocao nibs and local, late season red raspberries from Agriberry Farm all contribute to what would best be described as a raspberry truffle in liquid form. We then take this beer on another journey through months of maturation in freshly emptied bourbon barrels. The resulting flavor is a confluence of smooth dark chocolate, ripe red raspberry and delicate notes of vanilla and bourbon.

Pours coffee with a fair tan head. Aroma gives up sweet and tart raspberry, coffee, roast malt and semi-sweet chocolate. Flavor presents chocolate, raspberry, roast malt and coffee tones - did I mention that I LOVE raspberry? Mouthfeel yields good body and jazzy fizz. Don't razz it, drink it!
