Belgian Saison brewed with local barley, wheat and rye from Riverbend Malt House of Asheville, North Carolina and aged on local bull’s blood beets from Bluebird Farm of Morganton, North Carolina. Dry hopped with a blend of Cascade and Mt. Hood hops. Expect notes of dirt/earth/soil, citrus hops and fragrant Belgian yeast.

Taps opaque rose red with a fairly thick ivory head. Aroma yields beet, malty and - floral? tones. Flavor delivers beet, malty, juicy and subtle hoppy notes. Texture offers good body and fizz. Beet one back!
