A mixed-culture saison brewed with farro bulgur Brewed in collaboration with our friend and grain savant, David Bauer of All Souls Pizza of Asheville, NC. For this inspirational and unique saison, David crafted 100 pounds of raw farro into bulgur, a process involving boiling the raw grain and toasting it in ovens.The result yields an unmistakable nuttiness that shines into this bottle. Conditioned naturally inside the bottle and keg with brettanomyces yeast.
