This beer was a collaborative effort with uOttawa’s Craft Lab. The students are leading the creation of their own microbrewery on campus and we couldn’t be happier about it. We kept it simple here with a classic West Coast pale heavily dry hopped with Enigma, Citra, Mosaic, and Galaxy.

Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7
Clean golden colour with a big frothy, fluffy white cap and hardly any carbonation. Some nice thick lacing is left. Citrus aromas with oranges, lemons and hints of pineapples. Milder than an IPA, as an APA should be. The mouthfeel is fairly dry, but not much bitterness comes out of it. Light citrus zest flavours, but not lingering. Feels like a nicely hopped APA for smell, but with no IBUs.
