Also known as "Stache in the Woods." Pours a rich coffee brown with a very thick, fine-bubbled, almost mousse-like head that leaves some good lacing. Roast malt aroma has subtle notes of quality coffee, bourbon and caramel. Toasty flavor has a bourbon overtone, as well as notes of roast coffee, chocolate and vanilla. Texture is a bit thin for a stout, though this may be because I got the last glass from the cask. Glad I caught this one before it flew away!
