An American style imperial IPA brewed with Citra, Simcoe, Columbus, Cascade and Mosaic hops. Hardcore Chimera is then dry hopped with over a pound of hops per BBL. Ringing in with over 80 IBU’s, Hardcore Chimera’s intense aroma and flavor of passion fruit and citrus is balanced out against a hearty grain bill that lends to the beer’s deceptively drinkable 9% ABV.

Comes out of tap somewhat hazy golden Amber that shades into clear yellow at glass bottom. Aroma is strongly hoppy and evergreen with a fruity underpinning equally citrus and pomme. Boldly hoppy flavor has strong woody and hay notes, with malty and fruity hints and a touch of - fresh-cut pine. No surprise it’s pine. Quite resiny. Firm, lively texture leaves an evergreen wood finish that is not at all bitter. Get your chimera on! Roar, bleat, hiss!
