This is a cask version of the Belgian farmhouse ale, historically brewed to be enjoyed by the farmers during the harvest. This beer is light gold in colour, hopped with Saaz, Styrian and Belgian Goldings and pitched with a specially imported Saison yeast that ferments to dryness and provides a distinct flavour.

Pours out in a hazy pale golden colour with a thin white film. Authentic yeasty aroma of mild herbs, cheese and lemon-zest. Medium to light-bodied with notes of cheesy yeast, herbs, nuts and apricots. Long yeasty and rather hoppy finish of herbs, pepper and lemon. Crisp and quaffable.
