Our Black Raspberry Wild Sour is a blend of 2 year old oak aged golden sour beer and black raspberry puree - the perfect combination of bright, tart and jammy. Bottle conditioned for high carbonation with a distinct pink head, a deep red colour and a body rounded out perfectly by a light oak note. Simple and lively - making for the perfect summertime sour!

Dark red colour with some ruby highlights. The head is deep red-pink, fizzy, not lasting long with nothing left but the brew. Black raspberry aromas that give out cherry notes. even tobacco found in Cabernet Sauvignon, a touch of sourness. The sour action really comes out in the taste with the berry flavours. It lingers nicely. Another good sour and fruity beer from this brewery.
