We’re leaving no stone unturned as we continue to celebrate classic beer styles! Our latest small-batch brew is our take on a traditional Bavarian style Hefeweizen. Refreshing and pleasantly fruity, this wheat beer has a strong presence of banana and background hints of pear, apple, vanilla and clove. It’s brewed with Mittelfruh hops to create a complex of flavour with fine and elegant floral aromas and citrus tones. Prost!

Lightly hazy golden colour with a creamy white head, good retention and leaves foamy lacing. Big banana nose with some light spices (cloves). The taste shows less richness, which I like, and give out the apples and hints of pears. Kind of refreshing for a Hefeweizen, and the spicy-hoppy mild finish helps.
