Port Barrel Aged Imperial Stout with Vidal Ice Wine. With our friends at Cloudwater Brewing out of Manchester, England, we brewed one of our most unique stouts yet - an Ice Wine Stout refermented with ice wine juice and must, and finished in port barrels. This stout is full of unique flavours of sweet wine, port spice, cinnamon, honey and peach. This brew has a sweet aroma, light roasty body and is perfect for sipping on those long chilly evenings.

100th review for Collective Arts, on Christmas night. Pours a real dark brown, almost black colour with a tad copper highlights. Big head, mocha-coloured, creamyish, with good retention and some light creamy lacing. Berry nose over the roasted and chocolate malts. After breathing a little, the raisin notes of the port comes out with hints of spices. The taste shows maple syrup over walnuts. Maybe a little cayenne spice with a building hot spots. A pretty good Imperial Stout with light Ice wine sweetness, raisin port and well-blended spices.
