We used nothing but premium imported malts to create a brew of deep roast flavors balanced against a strong malty sweetness. This style, originally brewed for long voyages across the North Sea, is perfect for the short days and long winter nights. Good, not great porter... Deep mahagony color against the light with a thick tan head. Medium-bodied with fruit/cherry and choclate aroma. Smooth texture. Aromas translate to flavor on the pallette.

Beer number #2400. Courtesy of Bret. Ok Jose! Aroma is fruity, almost lambic like. Taste is creamy, light and pleasent. Fruit forward, cherries, chocolate, bread on the palate. Mouthfeel is light, spritzy creamy and smooth. Very nice beer. A lot lighter than some other Baltics I've had lately, but enjoyable. Thanks Brett!

Pours a medium brown bread .. . flavours with chocolate biscuit, cereal, and chocolate muffin .. . so i'm the villain, dr doom? .. . medium mouthfeel, but the finish is great .. . a good Choc product ..
