Aramis Double IPA is the 9th in the series, and is one of the most unique as the eponymous hop variety is quite new. Coming from the Alsace region of France, Aramis hops were first used commercially by Stone Brewing in California this past summer, with Stone's head brewer Mitch Steele describing them at the time as having "a very unique aroma-herbal like a German noble hop, but with hints of lemon as well."
