Light Rail Lager is BACK! We're still tweaking it a little bit, this time we went with Cascade hops for the dry hop. it gives a more grapefruity taste, perfect for nice hot weather!

Pours no head whatsoever. Has pale yellow golden appearance. No lacing at all. Aromas are just malty and grainy. Flavours are somewhat bland, some grainy malts are fairly overpowering. A bit of faint fruity notes, just not quite enough. Not bad, not one of my favourite Cassel brews though.

Pours a hazy golden colour with a white cap and a little lacing. Nicely light-hopped brew with lots of grain in the finish. With time, the grass gets stronger. Beautiful nose blended with soapy hops and grainy malts. Refreshing and medium-bodied. Quite a nice brew for a lower alcohol content with a good balance between the grain and the hops.
