Clear copper color with off-white foam head, lacing to glass. Aroma is rather sweet caramel with some alcohol and yeast. Taste is bittersweet with caramel most present. Short sweet aftertaste, not bad actually. (Velp 201212)

Brand Sylvester is a beer specially brewed for the new year. It is a classical winter beer. The tasting starts off really sweet with hints of cinnamon. But the after taste is really Brand-ish. Too bitter. This is too bad but it also distinguishes the typical Brand flavour.
