Bøgedal No 213 Gylden Karamel med Perle, Cascade og celeia humle samt karamelliseret sukker 7,5 % Mørk gylden øl der dufter af karamel og rørsukker. Har et cremet skum og en aromatisk smag af karamelliseret sukker, cappuccino og lys chokolade uden den store bitterhed. Virkelig dejlig harmonisk øl, der fylder munden og efterlader en behagelig varme. God at drikke alene, til chokoladedessert eller til stærkere oste.

Pours out in a cloudy reddish brown colour with a small tan-coloured head. Nuts, dark chocolate, prunes, toasted malts, wet grass and lemon-zest in the aroma. Medium-bodied with notes of almonds, fudge, caramelized sugar, raisins, blackberries, salty licorice, minerals and grassy hops with hints of black pepper. Solid mouthfeel. Long dryish and slightly peppery finish of toasted malts, wet grass, prunes, blackberries and cocoa. Well done!
