They saved the best (Beast!) for last. Dark brown pour, short tan head, thin lacing. Rich deep ripe fruit aromas and flavors, a hint of oaken vanilla, cherries, some nuttiness, more ripe fruits, some booze, earthy hops and wood. And then I let it warm to near room temp - Holy Ninkasi this is a super nice ale. Extremely well-crafted. Deeply satisfying.
