I Feel The Need, The Need For Speed Beer. Maverick Killed Goose. That's heavy. Here's an Imperial IPA with four hop varieties from three continents to aid the grieving process. Ella and Summer from Australia, Cashmere from the US and Aramis from France lend a collective profile of tropical fruit and bold lemon citrus with a smooth bitterness on the finish to create a juicy IIPA that is truly world class. We dedicate this beer to all of closet Top Gun fans, and those who lust for the need for speed!

Tallboy from LCBO. Pours a huge frothy off-white head that really sticks around. Thick dirty lacing. Has a deep golden light amber appearance. Great retention. Aromas of toasted malts, earthy and herbal hops. Flavours are mostly citrus and earthy hops. Some bitterness on the palate. Pretty good!

Not as good looking as my ex wife but pretty close. Pine and orange aroma. Flavour is citrus, pine, herbal and a bit medicinal. Melon and lemon. Second beer from this brewery. Not bad, have to test more styles from them.

Hazed golden-amber colour with a frothy warm cap, real good retention and some foamy lacing. Citrus nose with some grapefruit, but maybe a bit more oranges from the hops. Hints of caramel malts. A nice bitterness builds up. Zest from the citrus, but not extreme dryness. Goes down nicely and pretty refreshing all-around. Fresh hops overall making this a very good IIPA.
