Pours a golden-amber colour, too filtered as in pretty clean, off-white head that disappears quickly leaving hardly any lacing. Alcohol nose with some yeast and hints of apple juice. Wow, this is getting uglier. Way too sweet, way too rich. Banana flavour notes with some spices, sweet malts. So hard to finish. In Quebec, you want a Tripel... it's called Fin du Monde. This is way too rich, just like a lot of the Archibald line.
