4-pack at La Trappe à Fromage with a 7% ABV. written on can. Pours a deep amber colour with a foamy warm beige head, average retention and a little lace. Very malty aromas of rye, cereal, bread, caramel, apples and hints of spices (cinnamon, nutmeg). The malts continues in the taste, but milder. Cereal, bread, darker malts, minerals and notes of hops in the finish. Not a bad brew with well-hidden alcohol.
