With an alcohol percentage of 7.5% by volume, Alfa Super Dortmunder is the strongest bottom-fermentation beer in the Netherlands. The use of the best German and Czech hop varieties in conjunction with a storage period of some 2 months result in a beer with a powerful hoppy aroma and a rich bouquet. Alfa Super Dortmunder is best drunk at a temperature of 9/10°C.

Clear dark yellow with small white foam ring. Aroma is seriously malty. Taste is malty and quite some carbon gas. Aftertaste is short. Think this beer might taste better when joined with some spicy Indonesion food. (Velp 201307)

Dark golden colour, small white head. Malts, buttery and caramellish hints. Quite much grassy and honeyish hints also. Flavour is malts, slight honey and bready. Pleasant and easy-to-drink.

Aroma is mild with a hint of vanilla. Fairly light bodied for a beer that has a 7.5 ABV. Creamy texture and taste almost like fresh bread. Very drinkable.
