Russian Imperial Stout aged in Merlot Barrels Another big stout from the cellar at 8 Wired. Brewed with an irresponsible amount of barley, then aged for a year in Hawke's Bay Merlot barrels. Big roasted flavours rounded out with rich berry notes from the residual wine.
