Voici Chateau Marmont, une IPA américaine à 7% avec un apport de 45% de Mosaic, 35% de Sultana et 20% de Columbus. Notes de la brasserie: Au nez les fruits à noyaux ressortent majoritairement, accompagnés d'un peu de résine de houblon. Le corps de la bière est initialement assez rond. Au goût, on retrouve une faible touche de malt, puis des notes de pêche, de mangues et d'ananas. La bière finit plutôt sèche, avec une amertume présente et persistante.

Lightly unfiltered with very tiny particles floating around. A white frothy head, good retention and thick foamy lacing left. Straw malt base, cereal notes with some citrusy hops. Grassiness with caramel in the background. The taste shows grassy bitterness, but cut short with caramel malt lingering. A good standard American IPA that is well-balanced.
