------------------ Unfiltered blonde beer, made from Pilsner malt exclusively with the addition of Magnum, Mosaic and Simcoe hop varieties. Tropical fruit, grapefruit and piney aromas lead to a pleasantly dry finish with mild bitterness.

Oh wow ! I do like the nose from the get-go. Herbal, hoppy, almost like basil. Some other spices as well. Very nice for what I was expecting to be a pale lager. Lightly golden-yellow colour with an off-white, warm frothy cap, good stay and lots of thick creamy-foamy lacing. Get slightly unfiltered at last pour. I'm thinking those Pils malts give this nice spiciness to this one, as found in the taste as well. The mouthfeel has some decent dryness in the finish. Yes, the hops work out very well in this one. I would have again.
