First of two DDH IPA tonight at the brewery (the other being Ferme Moore). Cloudy gold colour with a creamy warm head, good retention and lacing. Fresh sharp zest nose from grated citrus. Spicy hops in the finish, over the citrusy notes, but not overly dry. A nice refreshing spicy DDH IPA. Cheers to the Petit Chicago bar... which I have played there before !
