Where’s Randall Pond you may ask. Randall Pond is located just outside of Brooks in the state of Maine in New England. Our cousin owned a cottage on the lake and this is where the Brothers Dodge and family spent the first twelve wonderful years of their summer vacation. The official name of the lake is Lake Passagassawakeag, but when the brothers were growing up it was called Randall Pond. Plus Lake Passagassawakeag is just too much of a mouthful to say. This ale is hopped and dry hopped with Simcoe, Mandarina, Bavaria and Vic's Secret hops that makes Randall Pond NEIPA a full-bodied IPA. The flavour profile is prominently Mandarin and Grapefruit, with a subtle floral finish.
