Respect Your Elderberries is a barrel aged, sour beer aged with Maine elderberries. It is deep purple in color with a fluffy pink head. The aroma is wine like with oak and elderberries being most prevalent. The flavor is tart, with lots of elderberry flavor and some soft spice notes.
