India Pale Ales have become one of the most popular and diverse beer styles. This is our version of an IPA and it’s all about striking a balance between malt sweetness and hop bitterness and aroma. We lean heavily on late hop additions which bring out as much hop flavor and aroma as possible while giving the beer a smooth bitterness and great finish. Citrus and tropical notes add to the layered malty profile of this complex beer.
