Slightly unfiltered, light-golden colour with a big creamy warm head, very long lasting and full creamy lacing. Cereal pilsner malt grain nose with the Saaz hops and even the hints of skunk found in the Euro-Pils. The taste shows a little more of the spicy hops, as the malt is in the background. Grassiness and decent dry finish. Quite a nice, easy-going, mildly hoppier organic Pilsner.

The beer pours a translucent straw gold colour with a generous white cap that takes a few minutes to wind down. The aroma is dinner rolls, earthy hops, and a slight yeasty smell. Mouthfeel is medium to full bodied, slightly under carbonated. The flavour is grainy malt, a slight sweetness, and finishes with a mild bitter finish. A good beer.
