The beer pours a very pale clear straw colour with a weak white head. There is weak lacing down the glass. The aroma is apple, weak grains, and weak yeast. The mourhfeel is light bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is light apple and yeast. -

Can that pours a very, very light yellow-golden colour with a small bubbly cap leaving quickly, but with a tiny foam ring. Mild aromas of apple, but not sweet and feeling some dryness, almost like it is hopped. The taste definitely does not show any sweetness. Very light apples taste, and very dry. Some yeast seems to show on the tongues in the finish. Exactly what you would expect from this cider, as the label says. Very well done.
