Moksasmoke is a massive Barrel Aged Imperial Stout that we brewed with Moksa Brewing Company. We brewed this beer using a triple mash, cutting the lauter before any dilution of the wort occurred and refilling our mash tun three separate times to extract as much chocolate malt syrup as possible. This base beer was blended with a chocolate oatmeal stout that we aged in Chocasmoke barrels.

Pours opaque dark chocolate with almost no head. Aroma features chocolate, roast malt, molasses, and a hint of vanilla. Flavor delivers dark chocolate, roast malt, woody hops, coffee and molasses. Texture offers firm body and lively fizz. Make the moksa of it!
