When we brewed Chantal, it turned out we had some extra red raspberries left over, so we decided to use these by refermenting some Germophile on these raspberries. The result is this special one off beer that we will be pouring only in the tap room, and maybe at a special festival in the future. If you like it, tell your server and we might make some more.
