The beer pours a translucent amber colour with a long lasting light tan coloured head. The aroma is biscuit malt, roasted nuts, caramel, and earthy hops. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with slightly above average carbonation. The flavour….is a letdown. Lots of caramel flavour, and lots of dishsoap flavour. Not a good balance. Weak bitter finish doesn’t help the cause at all.
