Pours hazy golden with a thick but effervescent eggshell head. Aroma presents a definite note of cucumber plus hints of fresh malt, apple and - yes, gin. Flavor continues the cucumber and malt, while ramping up the gin a little; apple stays in the background. A hint of wood appears in the finish. Mouthfeel features OK fizz and fairly firm body. This one should keep you cool as a cucumber.
