Guest tap at Les Brasseurs du Temps, April 2017. Pours a hazy golden colour with a creamy off-white head, good retention and beautiful lacing. Sour nose (infected??) but gets nicer when swirled. Banana notes with light Belgian Ale yeast. Banana and mild bubble gum flavours with some nice bitterness and grassy finish. The mouthfeel is lightly dry. Pretty good overall, like a wheat Belgian strong ale.

Guest tap at Les Brasseurs du Temps. Pours a pretty big frothy off-white head and has a golden appearance. Lots of thick sticky dirty lacing. Aromas of wheats, hints of grains and grassy hops. Flavours are graint malts, grassy and herbal hops. Some hints of honey and subtle spices. Medium carbonation. Not bad.
