À l’automne au moment de sa récolte, le houblon atteint une montée en huiles aromatiques qui donne une structure complexe et riche en goût. Le houblon authentiquement québécois que nous avons choisi est sélectionné à la main puis livré et utilisé pour brasser la 1re Récolte au plus tard 24 heures après sa récolte. / Brassée avec la première récolte de frais houblons Centennial et Cascade.

Sure looks better than their 2013 edition. Pours a hazy golden-amber colour with loads of tiny particles floating around. White cap, long lasting with thick foamy lace. Very sweet nose (almost honey) with some grassy hops, mils grains. The taste is thankfully not sweet, but the hops are very well-balanced. Not too dry, but a nice bitterness in the finish. The hops feel fresher and more real then last years version. A pleasant change from their first try, so looking better for the future.
