From the deepest, darkest recesses of the brewers library comes a barrel only ever tasted by the Cascade Brewers & Blenders. There are only 3 barrels of this blend, making this an ever rarer beer than bourbonic. We've been working on this project for more than a year and while it may not be complete, you'll be able to say you tasted it's earliest inception.

I had this last weekend at the Cascade Barrel House. This was one of the two sours they had straight out of the barrel. Dark red brown color and little foam as to be expected. Sour fruity aroma. Thinnish body, very sour and vineous. Could have more body. One of the most sour and tart I've had from them and definitely not one of the better ones. This one needs more work in my opinion.
