The beer pours a clear rust color with an off-white head which lingers for a while. Nutty malt, fresh bread, and caramel make up most of the aroma with light hints of yeast and hops. The flavor is grainy malts, some light toasted nuts, and a yeasty finish. Bitterness is nowhere to be tasted in the finish.

A very dark brown pour, opaque, and topped with a light brown creamy head. The head sticks to the glass as the beer goes down. Roasted malt, coffee, and licorice hit the nose hard with lighter hints of hops and vanilla. Taste is bitter coffee, maybe a touch of chocolate, and a bitter hop finish. Excellent for the style.

The pride of London I assume. It pours a clear mahogany colour with a tight creamy tan coloured cap. The aroma is light roast, light caramel, weak citrus, and yeast. The flavor is fresh bread and light caramel, and the finish is weakly bitter and citrusy.

The beer pours a thick black pour with a thin creamy dark brown head. Aroma is roasted malt, nuts, coffee, chocolate, and vanilla. Flavor is similar with a sweet chocolate and bready malt start, and a bitter coffee finish. The best beer I've had in a long time.

A reddish brown beer, looks pretty transparent, and topped with a creamy tan head. Aroma is light citrus, bread, caramel, and yeast. Thin on the tongue. Starts off tasting sweet, hints of caramel, and finishes with a hop bite.

A caramel colored pour, very clear, and topped with a thin white film for a head. Aroma is light toasted malt, weak caramel, very weak grass, and some yeast. Flavor is very malty with caramel and fresh bread being the stars. Finish is weakly bitter.

A very cloudy Zwickl, medium gold in color, and topped by a huge bubbly white head. Aroma is bready with noble hop and yeast notes in the mix. Flavor is quite mild with a nice balance between the bread and the hop in the finish

A pale gold beer, very hazy, and capped with a bubbly white head. The head lasts a long time. The nose is grainy, biscuit, honey, floral, and yeasty. Quite a complex aroma. The taste is cereal malt, light sweet fuity notes, and a bitter finish. A very crisp beer as the Germans would say.

The beer pours a flourescent red, with a pinkish head. No lacing. Aroma is sugar and grains. Average mouthfeel . Flavor is sweet grains, earthy hops. It doesn't smell or taste like beets, but they say that's what it is.

I've had a lot of ciders, alcoholic and otherwise, and this is the one I am least likely to recommend to anybody. The color is a very pale yellow. The aroma has some apple in it, but not a lot. Same with the flavor, you can detect apple, but not a lot.

First of all, Pear Ciders are properly called perrys. It's a clear light gold, no head, and has a syrupy viscosity. Aroma is pears and yeast. Flavor is pears and yeast. average at best.
