The mouthfeel was medium bodied but the beer was over carbonated. The flavour was grainy malt, some tangy citrus notes, and finished off with a nice hop bite.

The aroma is bready malt, citrus, yeast, and weak perfumy hops. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is nicely balanced between the grains and the fruitiness of the hops with a little bit of a hop bite to finish it all off.

I was expecting more tropical juiciness, which may have been a reach for a macro brewer.

The flavour is tropical fruit, some grapefruit, and some bitter lemon rind notes in the finish. Taste profile kills what could have been a great session ale.

The aroma is musty grains, light citrus fruit, and some ‘milky stock ale’ notes. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is grass, some light grapefruit notes, and a decent bitter finish. Nothing really to complain about with this beer, a solid effort by the Guelph boys!

The flavour leans heavily towards citrus peel, particularly grapefruit and orange, which isn’t my cup of tea. There are hints of herbal hops and caramel as the beer warms up a little, but the citrus peel lingers.

The flavour is reminiscent of a solid American west coast IPA pre-2012 with notes of pine, caramel, and grapefruit finished with a bitter hop bite. Quite good when given the abundance of tropical fruit IPAs these days.

Not a lot of bitterness in the finish.
