2101 | Trafalgar The Mighty Oak | Canada | Brown Ale | 2.7
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 5 | Flavor: 4 | Overall: 4 First of all, I take offence to what is written on the bottle...................I too donated to save this majestic tree that I loved seeing as a child growing up.....and I'm not part of the Oakville community.

500ml bottle
7.0% ABV
Milton LCBO Outlet #1 (Milton, Ontario, Canada)
May 28, 2015
The beer pours a reddish-brown with a thin head that doesn't last. The aroma is sweet malt, molasses, and nuts. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is bourbon, nuts, sweet malt, and metallic notes. Another Trafalgar offering I'll never try again! |

The aroma is cereal malt, grass, and weak floral hops. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is grainy malt, with some soapy bitter notes. The lack of phenolic and metallic notes puts this above most Canadian pale lagers. |

2106 | Bench Brewing Ball’s Falls | Canada | IPA | 2.7
Aroma: 5 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 5 | Flavor: 4 | Overall: 5 473ml can
4.5% ABV
Main/Bronte LCBO Outlet (Milton, Ontario, Canada)
August 3, 2017
$2.95
The beer pours a hazed lemonade yellow pour with a very thin white head which quickly becomes lacing. The aroma is strong with grapefruity hops, pine notes, and cereal. The mouthfeel is weak to medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is weak, not a lot of citrus, not a lot of malt, and very little if any yeasty notes. Very disappointed after reading other reviews, and the lack of a legible date on the can makes me wonder if this is an older can. |

The aroma was grainy malt and earthy hops. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour was grainy malt with a bitter hop finish. This beer is not a bad beer, but it isn’t a good beer either. |

The aroma is very grainy with little hint of grain or hops. Not impressed so far.. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is very metallic with hints of rye and herbal hops, unfortunately not the 'spicy' rye I prefer. Like the beer I had earlier, this is not something I would try again. |

The aroma was papaya, mango, grass, and some mustiness. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with below average carbonation. The flavour was pretty one dimensional with the grass notes up front and the tropical fruit hop flavours in back. Not a lot of bitterness and not a lot of depth. |

2115 | Sleeman Railside Session Ale | Canada | Mild Ale | 2.6
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 5 | Mouthfeel: 4 | Flavor: 5 | Overall: 5 473ml can
4.2% Abv
Canning Date: April 7, 2018
Real Canadian Superstore –Main/Thompson (Milton, Ontario, Canada)
April 21, 2018
$2.27
The beer pours a translucent amber colour with a generous foamy pinkish head which disappears in seconds. The aroma is caramel, grass, and weak floral hops. Not a citrusy note to be noted. The mouthfeel is weak to medium bodied with below average carbonation. Flavour is mild notes of caramel and grass with a weak bitter finish. As the beer is only 14 days from canning, I can’t chalk up the lack of aroma and body to age, only to it being a not so great beer. |

It pours a hazed golden-brown colour with very little head, yet a white ring forms against the edge of the chalice. The aroma is faint maple, yeast, caramel, and some nutty character.
