The yeast is far less pronounced than a true Belgian saison.

The mouthfeel was medium bodied with mild carbonation. The flavour was citrusy with hints of crunchy vegetables.

The mouthfeel was medium bodied with mild carbonation - basically the usual hefeweizen mouthfeel. The flavour was sweet wheat malt, citrus, and earthiness. A good Canadian hefeweizen.

Far and away the darkest IPA I've tried to date. Dark amber with a thin tan head. Aroma is pine and citrus with a hint of caramel. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavour is well balanced between sweet caramel malt, and citrusy hops, not quite grapefruit citrus.

Flavour is Belgian yeast, wood, with dry, sweet, fruit hints. Not bad, but I was expecting more from a Trappist ale.

The flavour is grapefruity hops, some tart fruitiness, and excessively bitter. Decent enough beer but I'll not be trying it again.

Flavour is nut malt with some roasted coffee hints, and a touch of caramel and weak hops. More enjoyable than the Spring Imp, but still an average drinkable beer.

The aroma was tropical fruit, light grains, and citrusy hops. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour was tropical fruit, grains, and a weak bitter hop finish. A good beer, but not an outstanding beer.

The flavour was caramel malt, tangerine/orange, and some grains thrown in for good measure. Quite enjoyable.

The beer pours a hazed light gold colour with a thin off-white film for a head. Quite a bit of microbubble effervescence though. The aroma is quite grainy with a weak herbal hop note. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is well balanced between the grains and the hops. The alcohol is not noticeable, and there are no off-flavours like metal or phenol. Quite good actually.

The flavour starts out sweet with tropical fruit aromas, and finishes with a crisp hop presence. An enjoyable beer.

The flavour is like the aroma with a heavy emphasis on the tropical fruit flavours and the grains and the bitter hop finish almost an afterthought.
